ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Once your order has been completed, no refunds will be issued. Exchanges only are allowed.


Returns & Exchanges

We reserve the right to refuse refunds unless an item arrives damaged. In all other cases, exchanges only will be accepted.


Orders

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
A tracking number and confirmation email (or SMS) will be sent once processing and handling are complete.

In the event that a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, all orders are insured, and the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
